Another beautiful piece of work, which will get you in a good mood from January to December! Be the first on your block to get a 2024 train calendar—and New Haven at that. What could be better!
Readville Shops is now selling the recently-released County Car models from Rapido Trains. These HO models are available in several variations in the three different time periods that they operated on the New Haven: As-delivered with green stripe; McGinnis orange stripe and skirted; McGinnis orange stripe without skirts. If you didn’t reserve these cars, or want additional cars, after receiving your reservation, you can now order them from the Store. You will be “blown-away” by the seven different interiors and overall quality of these cars! All come with LED track-powered lighting and “keep-alive” capacitor. Lights can be turned on/off with the supplied “wand”.
As a special for those reading this announcement, for the next 60-days, you can use a $5 savings per car Coupon, by putting the word “COUNTY” in the “Coupon” box.
Port & Company 6-Panel, Twill Cap. Black with colorful FL9 Locomotive #2023. One-size fits all, with Velcro strap. Available in the Readville Shops Store $19.95 each.
For a limited-time only, NHRHTA members can get $5 off each cap, by typing the word MEMBER (all caps) in the “Add Coupon or Gift Card” box on the “Your cart” page.
Now that all of our customers, who reserved these cars, have received their orders, we can offer them to anyone else who would like these coaches. These cars are as beautiful as the 1st-run five years ago…except they’re even better! They have the great, pin-point axle, free-rolling trucks now, and can no longer be called “lead sleds”. They are offered in all different numbers from the original run, in the three different varieties, and you can now order on-line. Just go to the On-Line “Store” and you’ll see them as “Featured Items”. Your passengers will truly enjoy the ride!
In the latest Shoreliner, you will find a survey, asking which HO New Haven passenger car you would like to see manufactured next. You can photocopy the page, complete and send it in or you can print this copy out and send it or you can cut the page out of your Shoreliner!
You can also email it to Paul Cutler III: paulcutleriii@yahoo.com
